Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and must be requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery. If you would like to request a return, please email us here first before sending back your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or your order number.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for apparel, hats, mugs, glasses, blankets, or phone cases, but we will replace items that are defective.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Item with obvious signs of use 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To start a return, please contact us. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, click here to access your account and submit a withdrawal request

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is damaged due to shipment, please save the original packaging materials, take photos of your damaged order and contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

We do not do exchanges for apparel, hats, mugs, glasses, blankets, or phone cases, but we will replace items that are defective.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must dbe in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
